Terms of Business:

Orders take between 2-4 weeks. An order shall commence once payment has been received in full in the form of a cheque which has "cleared" and is made payable to Murano House Ltd. The final cost will include postage and packaging. Orders of GBP £500 and over will be free of all delivery and packaging charges. Each product at  Murano House Ltd is handcrafted and not machined; consequently, the company is unable to guarantee exact colour matching.

Damage must be notified within 7 days of receiving your goods. All products must be fitted by a qualified bathroom fitter or plumber. Whilst Murano House Ltd does  supply full waste fittings for the product; the company is not responsible for other products or services which may be required for your fitting requirements. In some cases,  further adaptors or washers may be needed for fitting purposes in which Murano House Ltd is not responsible for.
